Reminder: If our show is affiliated with the MeBRA you must enter the $10.00 3D barrel run in order to get your open points and Senior points. If you are running Youth you need to enter the Jr Barrels because that is where your points will be pulled from.
Our sponsor books were discussed and Paula Charette has accepted the job of putting them together for us. Her address is: 147 Warren Road, Monmouth, ME 04259. I will also post this at the end of of newsletters.
If anyone sells a banner ad and they need to have the banner made they can do it themselves or send the info to Harry Lewis, at 279 West Alna road, Wiscasset, ME 04578. Harry does prefer e-mail for any correspondence that is needed.

Please remember that they are not supposed to do all of the work. Their job is to help me with the details that need doing. They will each be assigned a couple of shows that they will be responsible for getting workers for or colelcting the $3.00 fair fees.

Members: Please remember that any sponsor money you can colelct will be given right back to you through your shows. Headquarters in Georgia will match up to a certain amount for any sponsor money we collect. therefore it makes the jackpot at the state championship show all that much bigger for any sponsor money we can collect.
IMPORTANT: Every member is required to get one sponsor or pay $20.00 in order to qualify for District awards.

Advertising
Most local newspapers will advertise the NBHA schedule free of charge ifyou know we are non-profit. Please check with your local paper. This is a great way to spread the word about NBHA and maybe get some new members to join.
Fund Raising
We don't have many fund raiser during the eyar but one that will be easy for all of us is ordering supplies through Country Supply. they have a program where if you order on-line and give them our code we can earn $$$. The code you need to key in is: NBHA-me01. We have just been issued our first check in the maount of $51.79. How easy that to earn money!! Please ifyou are going to do a catalog order make sure it is through Country Supply and that you put in our Country Care code. NBHA-ME01.
